Ingredients:
- 4 pisang kepok
- 110g of sugar
- 200g of wheat flour
- 1 sachet of condensed milk
- 80ml of cooking oil
- 80ml of MamaKoko coconut cream
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 8pcs of paper cups
How to make:
- Puree the bananas, then add granulated sugar and condensed milk, stir well
- Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, add to banana mixture while sifting
- Add cooking oil and MamaKoko coconut cream, stir well
- Pour into paper cups
- Heat the steamer until steamy, steam the sponge cake for 25 minutes. Don’t forget to cover the steamer with a clean cloth to prevent steam from dripping onto the cake
- Remove, banana coconut cream steamed sponge is ready to be served
