Banana Coconut Cream Steamed Sponge (MPASI Snack)

Bolu Kukus Pisang Santan

Ingredients:

  • 4 pisang kepok
  • 110g of sugar
  • 200g of wheat flour
  • 1 sachet of condensed milk
  • 80ml of cooking oil
  • 80ml of MamaKoko coconut cream
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 8pcs of paper cups

How to make:

  1. Puree the bananas, then add granulated sugar and condensed milk, stir well
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, add to banana mixture while sifting
  3. Add cooking oil and MamaKoko coconut cream, stir well
  4. Pour into paper cups
  5. Heat the steamer until steamy, steam the sponge cake for 25 minutes. Don’t forget to cover the steamer with a clean cloth to prevent steam from dripping onto the cake
  6. Remove, banana coconut cream steamed sponge is ready to be served
