Ingredients:
- 4 packs MamaKoKo coconut milk
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 4 pandan leaves
- 80 gr flour
- 4 eggs
- Vegetable oil to taste
How to cook:
- Mix MamaKoKo coconut milk, salt, vanilla powder, granulated sugar and pandan leaves into the container
- Stir and cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves
- Strain and let stand until the mixture is not too hot
- Then, pour the flour and stir until evenly distributed. Then, mix the eggs one by one and stir again. After that, strain
- Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and heat it for less than 1 minute before putting the batter in
- Pour the batter and bake until almost cooked thoroughly
- Before it is fully cooked, transfer the batter to the oven at 180°c until the surface of the batter is fully cooked and remove it from the oven
