Mung Beans Sweet Porridge

Ingredients:

–          2pcs Mama Koko coconut milk 65ml

–          250 gr mung bean

–          1.5L water

–          4 tbsp granulated sugar

–          ½ tsp salt

–          ¼ tsp vanilla powder

–          6 tbsp condensed milk

How to make:

  1. Wash mung bean using clean water and let stand for 3 hours
  2. Pour mung bean in 1.5L of boiling water
  3. Add enough pandan leaves and cover the pot
  4. Wait until it boils, if it boils, leave it for 5 minutes
  5. Then turn off the stove and let it sit for 30 minutes with the pot covered
  6. Add 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of vanilla powder
  7. Then stir until evenly distributed
  8. Then cook again, if it has boiled, let stand for 7 minutes
  9. Add 2 packs of Mama Koko coconut milk
  10. Enter 6 tbsp condensed milk
  11. Mix well
  12. Ready to be served
