Ingredients:
– 2pcs Mama Koko coconut milk 65ml
– 250 gr mung bean
– 1.5L water
– 4 tbsp granulated sugar
– ½ tsp salt
– ¼ tsp vanilla powder
– 6 tbsp condensed milk
How to make:
- Wash mung bean using clean water and let stand for 3 hours
- Pour mung bean in 1.5L of boiling water
- Add enough pandan leaves and cover the pot
- Wait until it boils, if it boils, leave it for 5 minutes
- Then turn off the stove and let it sit for 30 minutes with the pot covered
- Add 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of vanilla powder
