Cassava Thai Soup



  • 500 grams of cassava
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • half tea spoon salt
  • 200 grams of sugar

Coconut milk ingredients:

  • 2 pack MamaKoKo coconut milk 65 ml
  • Corn flour solution (1 tbsp cornstarch + a little water)
  • half tea spoon salt
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 2 pandan leaves

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Boil water until boiling. Then, add the chopped cassava along with 100 grams of sugar, half tsp of salt, and 2 pandan leaves that have been torn and knotted.
  2. After the cassava soften and cooked, add the sugar and stirring until it thickens.
  3. In a separate container, pour the MamaKoKo coconut milk along with the pandan leaves, sugar, and salt. Cook until evenly mixed then add the cornstarch solution. Wait until it thickens and boils before turning off the heat.
  4. Boiled cassava can be served by pouring coconut milk sauce on it.
