Ingredients:
- 400 gr sago flour
- 200 g margarine
- 100 gr powdered sugar
- 150 g grated cheese
- 65 ml MamaKoKo coconut cream
- 25 g milk powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 pandan leaves
How to make:
- First, roast the sago flour and pandan leaves until they feel light when stirred, then set aside.
- Then mix margarine, powdered sugar, egg yolk, 1 pcs MamaKoKo coconut cream, and grated cheese. Stir until evenly distributed
- Add the sago flour that has been roasted while sifting, then stir slowly with a spatula.
- After the dough is finished, put it in a plastic triangle. Spoon onto a baking sheet that has been greased with a little margarine.
- Bake in the oven at 150°C for about 30 minutes.
- When cooked, cool for a moment and transfer to a jar
- Cheese sago is ready to be served
