Cheese Sago


  • 400 gr sago flour
  • 200 g margarine
  • 100 gr powdered sugar
  • 150 g grated cheese
  • 65 ml MamaKoKo coconut cream
  • 25 g milk powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 pandan leaves

How to make:

  1. First, roast the sago flour and pandan leaves until they feel light when stirred, then set aside.
  2. Then mix margarine, powdered sugar, egg yolk, 1 pcs MamaKoKo coconut cream, and grated cheese. Stir until evenly distributed
  3. Add the sago flour that has been roasted while sifting, then stir slowly with a spatula.
  4. After the dough is finished, put it in a plastic triangle. Spoon onto a baking sheet that has been greased with a little margarine.
  5. Bake in the oven at 150°C for about 30 minutes.
  6. When cooked, cool for a moment and transfer to a jar
  7. Cheese sago is ready to be served
