The beginning of 2024 opened with an employee gathering between PT Bionesia Organic Foods and PT Indo Gemilang Coconut Lestari. The event took place on January 7, 2024 at Coconut Beach, Sahera.
This event is a form of management appreciation to each individual employee who has worked hard in 2023 and previous years. This employee gathering was opened with a speech from Mrs. Rita as a representative of management. In addition, this event was also attended by Mr. Setiawan, as GM of PT Bionesia Organic Foods and PT Indo Gemilang Coconut Lestari.
The rain on that day did not reduce the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in every activity in this event, starting from tug-of-war games, live music, and lastly doorprize announcement. There were 520 participants from PT Bionesia Organic Foods, and 80 participants from PT Indo Gemilang Coconut Lestari.
By holding this employee gathering event, it is hoped that it can increase solidarity and cohesiveness between employees and become a refreshing event for employees after carrying out busy activities.
