Green Grass Jelly
Ingredients:
- 40 pieces of grass jelly
- 300 ml of water
- 2 pcs MamaKoKo coconut milk 65 ml
- Pandan
- Java sugar/palm sugar
- Ice
Cooking Instruction:
- Squeeze the grass jelly leaves or you can put it in a blender.
- Boil water until cooked and boiling.
- Squeeze the grass jelly leaves and add boiled water little by little (use a filter like squeezing coconut milk).
- Leave the grass jelly overnight.
- To make green grass jelly: Boil coconut milk and mix it with pandan leaves.
- Boil palm sugar or palm sugar.
- Pour coconut milk or into a glass, add sugar water, add green grass jelly, add ice cubes.
- Homemade green grass jelly is ready to be served.
