Kue Garpu with Coconut Milk

For 30-35 pieces


  • 200 gr wheat flour
  • 50 gr corn flour
  • 60 gr margarine
  • 65 ml MamaKoKo coconut milk
  • 2 celery leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp chicken flavoured stock powder

How to cook:

  1. Add 1 egg, 60 grams of margarine, 1 tsp of chicken flavored broth powder and 2 cloves of crushed garlic into a container and stir until smooth
  2. Add 2 thinly sliced celery leaves and stir again
  3. After that, add 50 grams of cornstarch and 200 grams of wheat flour. Stir until evenly mixed
  4. Add 65 ml MamaKoKo coconut milk and 1 tsp salt. After that, stir again until the dough feels soft
  5. Take 1 gram of dough and shape it using a fork by pressing and rolling. Repeat the process until all the dough has been formed
  6. Prepare a pan that has been sprinkled with flour and put the shaped dough on the pan
  7. Fry the dough using low heat. Start stirring when the dough is slightly cooked so that it does not crumble
  8. Once the dough turns slightly brownish, remove and drain

  1. Prepare a contain
  2. Place the kue garpu on the container neatly
  3. Kue garpu is ready to be enjoyed
