Ingredients:
- 1 pcs MamaKoKo coconut cream
- 500 ml water
- 50 ml pandan + suji leaf juice
- 180 g rice flour
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp tapioca flour
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- ½ tsp fine salt
- Brown sugar to taste
- 2 concluded pandan leaves
How to make:
- Mix rice flour, sugar, salt, vanilla powder then mix well. Pour in MamaKoKo coconut cream, stir again.
- Pour in pandan suji juice, mix well. Add brown sugar, then pour the lamp-light cake batter.
- Heat the steamer, then insert the pandan leaves. Steam the lamp cake for 15 minutes, then remove from heat. Can add topping according to taste such as sliced jackfruit.
- Lampu-lampu cake is ready to serve.
