Lampu-lampu Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 pcs MamaKoKo coconut cream
  • 500 ml water
  • 50 ml pandan + suji leaf juice
  • 180 g rice flour
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp tapioca flour
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder
  • ½ tsp fine salt
  • Brown sugar to taste
  • 2 concluded pandan leaves

How to make:

  1. Mix rice flour, sugar, salt, vanilla powder then mix well. Pour in MamaKoKo coconut cream, stir again.
  2. Pour in pandan suji juice, mix well. Add brown sugar, then pour the lamp-light cake batter.
  3. Heat the steamer, then insert the pandan leaves. Steam the lamp cake for 15 minutes, then remove from heat. Can add topping according to taste such as sliced jackfruit.
  4. Lampu-lampu cake is ready to serve.
