Moringa Leaves in Yellow Gravy (for 3-4 serves)

Ingredients:

– 1 garlic clove

– 3 shallots

– 2cm kencur

– 10 green chili peppers

– 1 tsp turmeric powder

– 1 thumb segment of fried salted fish

– 2 pieces of 65ml MamaKoko coconut cream mixed with 1L water

– 2 tsp salt

– 200g cassava cubed

– 150 moringa leaves that have been taken only the leaves

– 4 pieces of 65ml MamaKoko coconut cream

 

How to make:

  1. Boil cassava using MamaKoko coconut cream that has been dissolved along with salt and spices until cassava is tender.
  2. Put moringa leaves, cook until moringa leaves are cooked
  3. Add MamaKoko coconut cream, stir gently until the coconut cream boils and does not break
  4. Remove and serve
