Pandan Ogura Cake

Ingredients:

Ingredient A:

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 whole egg
  • 40ml cooking oil
  • 80ml MamaKoko coconut cream
  • 1 tsp pandan paste
  • ½ tsp vanilla paste
  • 85gram low protein wheat flour
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

Ingredient B:

  • 5 egg whites
  • ¼ tsp fine salt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 95 grams fine granulated sugar

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius, place a large baking sheet filled with 1cm of water.
  2. Stir all A ingredients together, set aside.
  3. Ingredient B: mix egg white, salt, and lime juice. Add sugar
  4. Gradually add ingredient B to ingredient A, stir and fold with a spatula until blended.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 60 minutes
  6. Ready to serve
