Ingredients:
Ingredient A:
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 40ml cooking oil
- 80ml MamaKoko coconut cream
- 1 tsp pandan paste
- ½ tsp vanilla paste
- 85gram low protein wheat flour
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
Ingredient B:
- 5 egg whites
- ¼ tsp fine salt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 95 grams fine granulated sugar
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius, place a large baking sheet filled with 1cm of water.
- Stir all A ingredients together, set aside.
- Ingredient B: mix egg white, salt, and lime juice. Add sugar
- Gradually add ingredient B to ingredient A, stir and fold with a spatula until blended.
- Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 60 minutes
- Ready to serve
