{"id":10109,"date":"2023-11-29T13:52:21","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T06:52:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nico.co.id\/?p=10109"},"modified":"2023-11-29T13:52:21","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T06:52:21","slug":"cheese-sago","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nico.co.id\/en\/recipe\/cheese-sago\/","title":{"rendered":"Cheese Sago"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 gr sago flour<\/li>\n<li>200 g margarine<\/li>\n<li>100 gr powdered sugar<\/li>\n<li>150 g grated cheese<\/li>\n<li>65 ml MamaKoKo coconut cream<\/li>\n<li>25 g milk powder<\/li>\n<li>2 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>2 pandan leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to make:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>First, roast the sago flour and pandan leaves until they feel light when stirred, then set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Then mix margarine, powdered sugar, egg yolk, 1 pcs MamaKoKo coconut cream, and grated cheese. Stir until evenly distributed<\/li>\n<li>Add the sago flour that has been roasted while sifting, then stir slowly with a spatula.<\/li>\n<li>After the dough is finished, put it in a plastic triangle.
