{"id":10230,"date":"2023-12-22T15:28:46","date_gmt":"2023-12-22T08:28:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nico.co.id\/?p=10230"},"modified":"2023-12-22T15:28:46","modified_gmt":"2023-12-22T08:28:46","slug":"mango-thai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nico.co.id\/en\/recipe\/mango-thai\/","title":{"rendered":"Mango Thai"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>Juice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 harum manis mangoes<\/li>\n<li>Water to taste (adjust to the thickness of the juice)<\/li>\n<li>Ice cubes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Coconut cream:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pcs MamaKoKo coconut cream<\/li>\n<li>100 ml water<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon cornstarch (diluted with a little water)<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Topping:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 mango leftover juice cut into small pieces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to make:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blend the juice ingredients<\/li>\n<li>For the cream, pour MamaKoKo&#8217;s coconut cream along with water and sugar into a cooking vessel. Cook on low heat. When it bubbles, add the thawed cornstarch, stir briefly and remove from heat.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a glass, pour the mango juice, then pour the coconut cream on top.
