How to make biji salak is quite easy so you can make it yourself at home and enjoy it with your family.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 tbsp granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>500 g mashed sweet potato<\/li>\n<li>100 g tapioca starch<\/li>\n<li>500ml water<\/li>\n<li>100 g granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>150 g palm sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 pandan leaves<\/li>\n<li>1 pcs MamaKoKo coconut milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to make:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Put 5 tbsp of sugar and the steamed sweet potato into a container. Puree<\/li>\n<li>Add tapioca flour to the dough<\/li>\n<li>Knead until smooth and shape the dough into rounds. Sweet potato balls are ready to be cooked<\/li>\n<li>For the sauce, add water and 100g of sugar, palm sugar, pandan leaves. Cook until boiling<\/li>\n<li>After boiled, add the sweet potato balls and cook for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>When the sweet potato balls float, means they are cooked.
