{"id":10681,"date":"2024-06-12T11:38:48","date_gmt":"2024-06-12T04:38:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nico.co.id\/?p=10681"},"modified":"2024-07-12T14:19:19","modified_gmt":"2024-07-12T07:19:19","slug":"kue-garpu-with-coconut-milk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nico.co.id\/en\/recipe\/kue-garpu-with-coconut-milk\/","title":{"rendered":"Kue Garpu with Coconut Milk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For 30-35 pieces<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr wheat flour<\/li>\n<li>50 gr corn flour<\/li>\n<li>60 gr margarine<\/li>\n<li>65 ml MamaKoKo coconut milk<\/li>\n<li>2 celery leaves<\/li>\n<li>2 garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp chicken flavoured stock powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to cook:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add 1 egg, 60 grams of margarine, 1 tsp of chicken flavored broth powder and 2 cloves of crushed garlic into a container and stir until smooth<\/li>\n<li>Add 2 thinly sliced celery leaves and stir again<\/li>\n<li>After that, add 50 grams of cornstarch and 200 grams of wheat flour. Stir until evenly mixed<\/li>\n<li>Add 65 ml MamaKoKo coconut milk and 1 tsp salt. After that, stir again until the dough feels soft<\/li>\n<li>Take 1 gram of dough and shape it using a fork by pressing and rolling. Repeat the process until all the dough has been formed<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a pan that has been sprinkled with flour and put the shaped dough on the pan<\/li>\n<li>Fry the dough using low heat.
