{"id":10773,"date":"2024-07-05T16:07:18","date_gmt":"2024-07-05T09:07:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nico.co.id\/?p=10773"},"modified":"2024-07-12T14:11:08","modified_gmt":"2024-07-12T07:11:08","slug":"coconut-milk-sago-cookies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nico.co.id\/en\/recipe\/coconut-milk-sago-cookies\/","title":{"rendered":"Coconut Milk Sago Cookies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>450 gr cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>2 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>250 gr butter<\/li>\n<li>250 gr grated cheese<\/li>\n<li>375 gr granulated sugaar<\/li>\n<li>2 MamaKoKo coconut milk<\/li>\n<li>2 pandan leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to Cook:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Roast 450 g cornstarch and 2 pandan leaves that have been tied in a knot using low heat until the pandan leaves are dry, then remove and cool.<\/li>\n<li>Stir 250 g butter until it becomes white and soft<\/li>\n<li>Mix 375 g granulated sugar with the butter and stir. Add 2 egg yolks and mix again until smooth<\/li>\n<li>After that, mix 450 grams of roasted cornstarch with 250 grams of grated cheese<\/li>\n<li>Pour gradually into the butter mixture and stir until smooth.
