Try making this Pontianak-style Kue Bingke, MamaKoKo style!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 packs MamaKoKo coconut milk<\/li>\n<li>200 gr granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp vanilla powder<\/li>\n<li>4 pandan leaves<\/li>\n<li>80 gr flour<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n<li>Vegetable oil to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to cook:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix MamaKoKo coconut milk, salt, vanilla powder, granulated sugar and pandan leaves into the container<\/li>\n<li>Stir and cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves<\/li>\n<li>Strain and let stand until the mixture is not too hot<\/li>\n<li>Then, pour the flour and stir until evenly distributed. Then, mix the eggs one by one and stir again. After that, strain<\/li>\n<li>Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and heat it for less than 1 minute before putting the batter in<\/li>\n<li>Pour the batter and bake until almost cooked thoroughly<\/li>\n<li>Before it is fully cooked, transfer the batter to the oven at 180\u00b0c until the surface of the batter is fully cooked and remove it from the oven<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>How to serve:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Wait for the batter to cool.
