Ilabulo itself used to be a food often consumed by kings in Gorontalo. Want to taste the delicious Ilabulo? Let&#8217;s recook with the recipe below! Don&#8217;t forget to use MamaKoKo coconut milk for a more savory taste.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liver &amp; gizzard \u00bc kg cut into small pieces<\/li>\n<li>Chicken breast fillet \u00bc kg cut into small pieces<\/li>\n<li>1 pcs MamaKoKo coconut milk<\/li>\n<li>2 boiled chicken eggs<\/li>\n<li>350 gr sago<\/li>\n<li>7 bird&#8217;s eye chilies<\/li>\n<li>7 cloves shallot<\/li>\n<li>4 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 ginger segments<\/li>\n<li>550 ml water<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp oyster sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp chicken stock<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp pepper<\/li>\n<li>Banana leaves to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to cook:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The first step is to dissolve the sago with 450 ml water, then stir until the sago dissolves<\/li>\n<li>Then grind 7 cloves of shallots, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 ginger segment, 7 bird&#8217;s eye chilies. After that, grind until smooth<\/li>\n<li>Prepare hot oil, then cook the spices until fragrant<\/li>\n<li>When fragrant, pour in \u00bc kg liver and gizzard and \u00bc kg chicken breast fillet that has been cut into small pieces, then stir until the spices are evenly mixed and add 100 ml water<\/li>\n<li>After it starts to cook a little, add 1 tsp chicken broth, 1 pcs MamaKoKo Coconut Milk, then stir until evenly distributed<\/li>\n<li>When evenly distributed, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oyster sauce and \u00bd tsp pepper. Stir again until cooked or boiling<\/li>\n<li>After boiling, add the sago that has been dissolved earlier. Stir continuously until lumpy and solid<\/li>\n<li>When it is lumpy, turn off the stove and stir again briefly<\/li>\n<li>Next, prepare 2 boiled chicken eggs that have been cut along with enough banana leaves<\/li>\n<li>Put 1\u00bd tbsp of the clumped ilabulo mixture into the banana leaf that has been added by the chicken egg pieces<\/li>\n<li>After that, wrap until it closes neatly and repeat again until the dough runs out<\/li>\n<li>When it is all wrapped, prepare a non-stick pan (if you don&#8217;t have a grill)<\/li>\n<li>Then flip it occasionally, don&#8217;t let it burn once.
