Then cut them into small pieces according to your preference<\/li>\n<li>After the fish is cut, it can be washed first, then fried until half cooked<\/li>\n<li>Grind the spices, such as 8 cloves of shallots, 4 cloves of garlic, 4 roasted candlenuts, 2 fingers of turmeric, and 1 finger of ginger using a chopper<\/li>\n<li>After grinding, saut\u00e9 until the water evaporates, then add 3 bay leaves, 3 lime leaves, 1 thumb-sized piece of galangal, and 2 crushed lemongrass stalks. Cook again until done<\/li>\n<li>When cooked, add 700 ml of water, 1\/4 teaspoon of ground coriander, 1\/2 teaspoon of ground pepper, 1\/2 teaspoon of salt, 1\/4 teaspoon of seasoning, and 1\/2 teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder. Then stir and cook until boiling<\/li>\n<li>After boiling, add the half-cooked fried tofu and cook again until boiling<\/li>\n<li>Add the boiled fish and stir again until evenly mixed<\/li>\n<li>Then add 1 piece of MamaKoKo coconut milk and stir until well blended.<\/li>\n<li>Cook while stirring until the coconut milk has reduced slightly.
