This event was a moment of togetherness for all employees to gather, share, and reflect on the company&#8217;s journey over the past year.<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s year-end celebration was organized in a simple yet warm manner through a potluck concept, where each employee brought their own dishes to be collected and enjoyed together. In his speech, Mr. Olaf also expressed his hope that in 2026, PT NICO would continue to grow and achieve even greater success together.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1523\">The welcome speech was followed by PT NICO&#8217;s HR, Mrs. Rita, who officially introduced several new employees who had joined the company in the last three months. The event then continued with a gift exchange, where each employee who brought a gift received a raffle number to determine which gift they would receive.
