During his presentation, he also introduced the newly appointed <strong>Supervisors<\/strong> and <strong>Assistant Managers<\/strong> as part of the company&#8217;s ongoing efforts to strengthen its organisational structure. The addition of these new leaders is expected to bring fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and renewed enthusiasm to support the company&#8217;s sustainable growth.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1601\">One of the highlights of this year&#8217;s Mid-Year Town Hall was the company&#8217;s operational milestone of processing <strong>500,000 coconuts per day<\/strong>. This achievement stands as a testament to the collaboration, dedication, and commitment of employees across all operational functions. More than just a number, it reflects how strong teamwork has enabled the company to reach new levels of operational excellence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1774\">However, this milestone is not the final destination.
