Using MamaKoKo Coconut Milk creates a creamier texture while enhancing the depth of flavour, without compromising the authentic character of this classic dish.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 tbsp plain yogurt<\/li>\n<li>300 g chicken breast, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp chilli powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp ground cumin<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp ground coriander<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Tomato ketchup<\/li>\n<li>Chicken stock powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp turmeric powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp coriander powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp garam masala<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>Tomato puree<\/li>\n<li>1 pack MamaKoKo Coconut Milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to cook:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Marinate the diced chicken with the minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, chilli powder, and plain yogurt for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Once marinated, cook the chicken until fully cooked, then set it aside.<\/li>\n<li>Saut\u00e9 the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the ground coriander, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chicken stock powder, and salt, then stir well. Once the spices are fully combined, add the tomato pur\u00e9e, tomato ketchup, and the cooked chicken.
