style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">4 grains of kandis acid<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">100ml cooking oil<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">5 grams of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Beef rendang seasoning 1 Kg:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">60 grams of shallots<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">50 grams of garlic<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">250 grams of large red chilies<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">100 grams of galangal<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">50 grams of hazelnut<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">2 grams of cloves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to make beef rendang:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Blend all the seasoning ingredients by pulverizing or blending.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Saute the spices with a little cooking oil until fragrant.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Add the lemongrass stalks, lime leaves, kandis acid and salt, mix well.<\/li>\n<li
