Cincang udang dan sisihkan.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rebus dengan air untuk mendapatkan kaldu udang. Gunakan api kecil sampai air berubah kemerahan. Kemudian takar sebanyak 1 liter dan saring kaldu, sisihkan.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Masukkan potongan udang, masak sampai udang berubah warna.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tuangi kaldu udang, santan kental dan ebi. Aduk hingga rata. Masak sampai kuah mendidih.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bumbui kecap asin, merica, garam dan gula.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Larutkan tepung terigu dengan sedikit air, tuangkan ke dalam rebusan kaldu.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masak hingga mengental lalu angkat.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4>Cara Membuat :<\/h4><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Kukus pisang dengan Kulitnya sampai matang. Sisihkan, kupas setelah dingin.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Masukkan semua tepung, tambahkan gula, garam, aduk rata.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tuang santan dan air pandan ke dalam adonan tepung, aduk rata. Saring adonan.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Masak adonan menggunakan api kecil sampai membentuk adonan. Sisihkan, tunggu hangat.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ambil selembar plastik, olesi dengan sedikit minyak, ambil adonan secukupnya, pipihkan, letakkan pisang di atasnya, kemudian gulung sampai menutupi permukaan pisang, lakukan sampai habis.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Kukus pisang ijo selama kurang lebih 15 menit.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4>Penyajian :<\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taruh mie di piring saji.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beri tauge, telur rebus dan siram dengan Kuahnya.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taburi seledri, bawang merah dan daun
