Coconut Milk

Coconut milk is an opaque milky white liquid extracted from grated coconut. It has a creamy and savory taste.

How do we do it?

After we retrieve the coconut water from the nut, the coconut is de-shelled and the brown husk is peeled off. Then, after cleaning the white flesh with hot water steam, it is grinded and pressed with a screw press. The raw coconut milk is then homogenized, filled in BPA free cans, and sterilized.

The whole process does not take more than 2-3 hours which is important to keep the freshness of the milk. Not only do we reduce the time needed to produce coconut milk from scratch, we strive to make our product extremely efficient for our customers to use. And on top of that, we do not even add MSG, food bleach, and preservatives.

We produce 2 types of desiccated coconut: low-fat and high-fat desiccated coconut. Low-fat desiccated coconut is made from dried coconut milk press cake (coconut meat after the coconut milk has been extracted) and has 35-48 percent less fat than high fat desiccated coconut that is made from dried fresh coconut meat.
