In commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia, PT NICO once again held various August 17th competitions at two locations, namely the head office in Jakarta and the operational area in Tobelo. These activities served as a forum for togetherness, sportsmanship, and a spirit of unity among all NICO employees.
In Tobelo, the festive atmosphere was evident from early morning with various competitions typical of the 17th of August celebrations. Sack races and tug-of-war were favorites among participants and spectators, bringing laughter and testing teamwork. The roar of cheers for independence made the atmosphere even more lively and joyful.
Meanwhile, in Jakarta, PT NICO employees also showed great enthusiasm through unique competitions designed to hone creativity and build togetherness. The Tower Topia competition, for example, tested participants’ agility in building the tallest tower possible from paper cups. In addition, this year saw the introduction of a new competition that attracted the attention of many participants, namely Nic’s Tender. In this competition, employees were challenged to get creative in making drinks using NICO’s Coconut Water or Coconut Milk Drink products as the main ingredient. The results were not only delicious and creative drinks, but also showed how NICO products can be part of everyday life.
This series of competitions is not only entertaining, but also a means of strengthening relationships between employees. The spirit of togetherness and cooperation shown in each competition reflects the values that PT NICO continues to uphold in carrying out its business activities.
