As part of the World Coconut Day celebration on September 2, Tetra Pak Indonesia held a “Dapur Handal” roadshow in 10 locations during August 2023. The locations included RPTRA AsthaBrata – Pesanggerahan, RPTRA Kaca Piring – Pasar Rebo, and closed at RPTRA Intiland Teduh Semper Barat.
In this activity, Tetra Pak provided education to the community of mothers from various villages spread across Jakarta about packaged coconut cream, namely MamaKoko coconut cream. The series of activities consisted of socialization about the convenience and quality of MamaKoko which has passed the Ultra High Temperature (UHT) process and is packaged using Tetrapak aseptic packaging. The event then continued with a cooking demonstration by chef Uta, and the highlight of this event was a cooking competition using MamaKoko coconut cream. Each group of cooking competition participants had to serve a predetermined menu such as chicken curry and cendol. The results of the cooking were then assessed by the judges to get 3 winning groups in each competition.

Through this “Dapur Handal” event, it is hoped that more people, especially mothers who usually cook, will be more familiar with MamaKoko coconut cream and how the creations of MamaKoko coconut cream can be easily enjoyed in various dishes.
