Ingredients:
- 500gr beef meatballs
- 7 pieces of MamaKoko coconut milk 65ml
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 pieces of lime leaves
- 1 stalk of lemongrass
- 3 pieces of galangal
- Palm sugar
- Chicken stock powdered
- Salt
Ground spices:
- 6 shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 candlenuts
- 1 turmeric
- 1 ginger
- 1 aromatic ginger
- 150gr red cayenne pepper & curly red chilies
How to make:
- Fried shallots, garlic, candlenut, ginger, turmeric, and aromatic ginger until brown
- Grind until smooth the spices that have been fried before and add salt
- Boil red cayenne pepper and curly red chili, then drain
- Grind the red cayenne pepper and curly red chili until smooth
- Fry the ground spices in hot oil until fragrant and dry, add the chili that has been mashed before
- Add the lime leaves, bay leaves and lemongrass to the fried spices
- Enter the meatballs, add salt and sugar and powdered chicken broth
- Add Mama Koko’s coconut milk, stir until well blended
- Spicy coconut milk meatballs are ready to be served
