Brown Sugar Baked Coconut Milk Sponge

Ingredients:

–          5 eggs

–          200gr medium protein flour

–          100ml coconut milk (1 MamaKoko coconut milk 65 ml + 25ml water)

–          100ml of oil

–          220 gr brown sugar

–          1sdt emulsifier (sp)

–          ¼ tsp salt

–          ¼ tsp vanilla powder

How to make:

  1. Put 220gr of brown sugar that has been cut into thin pieces into a container
  2. Next, add 5 eggs, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp emulsifier (sp), and ¼ vanilla powder. Whisk all ingredients using a mixer until they expand and change color to white and the thickens mixture
  3. After the dough has risen, add the sifted flour
  4. Stir briefly, then add Mama Koko’s coconut milk which has been mixed with water
  5. Whisk using a mixer until well blended
  6. Apply butter and sprinkle enough flour on the baking sheet, then pour the mixture into the pan until it is all filled
  7. Put the dough in the oven for -+ 45 minutes at 160C
  8. After – + 45 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and baking sheet. Refrigerate briefly and it is ready to be served
