Ingredients:
– 5 eggs
– 200gr medium protein flour
– 100ml coconut milk (1 MamaKoko coconut milk 65 ml + 25ml water)
– 100ml of oil
– 220 gr brown sugar
– 1sdt emulsifier (sp)
– ¼ tsp salt
– ¼ tsp vanilla powder
How to make:
- Put 220gr of brown sugar that has been cut into thin pieces into a container
- Next, add 5 eggs, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp emulsifier (sp), and ¼ vanilla powder. Whisk all ingredients using a mixer until they expand and change color to white and the thickens mixture
- After the dough has risen, add the sifted flour
- Stir briefly, then add Mama Koko’s coconut milk which has been mixed with water
- Whisk using a mixer until well blended
- Apply butter and sprinkle enough flour on the baking sheet, then pour the mixture into the pan until it is all filled
- Put the dough in the oven for -+ 45 minutes at 160C
- After – + 45 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and baking sheet. Refrigerate briefly and it is ready to be served
