Ingredients:
- 15 pandan leaves
- 120 gr rice flour
- 80 gr tapioca flour
- Pinch of salt to taste
- 300 gr brown sugar
- 3 – 4 pcs MamaKoKo coconut milk 65ml
- 1350 ml of water
- 3 drops of green coloring
- 150 gr sugar
How to make:
- Blend pandan leaves with 750 ml of water and then strain. Cook pandan leaf water, add tapioca flour, rice flour, and salt. Stir well until there are no lumps, thickens, and a darker green color.
- Put the dough into the plastic, make a hole in the end. Fill a basin with ice and cold water, then press the plastic until the dough comes out to form like a small worms.
- Pour coconut milk into a saucepan and add 300 ml of water, a pinch of salt and 2 pandan leaves. Cook until the coconut milk starts to boil. Turn off the heat, discard the pandan leaves, and pour into a clean bowl.
- Put 3 blocks of brown sugar, a pinch of salt, a cup of water and pandan leaves in a small saucepan and let it simmer until all the brown sugar has dissolved.
- Turn off the heat, discard the pandan leaves, and pour into a clean bowl.
- In a nice glass, add the brown sugar first, then the cendol and finally the coconut milk. Add crushed ice. Ready to be served.
