On July 4-6, 2025, PT Natural Indococonut Organik (PT NICO) held an Employee Gathering at Holiday Inn Pasteur Hotel, Bandung. With the theme “Building Communication for Better Synergy”, this activity became a forum for all employees to get to know each other more closely, build more open communication, and strengthen teamwork in a more relaxed but meaningful atmosphere.
The activity began with a joint departure from the office to Bandung. Upon arrival at the hotel, the whole team enjoyed dinner together which became the first moment to break the ice and build intimacy across divisions.
The next day, all participants attended seminars and training sessions facilitated by the Mindventure team. The material presented was very relevant to everyday life in the world of work. Starting from the importance of building positive character, how to learn from failure, to how to understand differences in communication. The session was also complemented by group ice-breaking activities that made the atmosphere more exciting and interactive.
In the evening, all participants attended the gala dinner using a white dress code. The event began with a dance performance and a toast led by Mr. Olaf Tobin and Mr. Jimmy, as a form of the spirit of togetherness. In addition, the best group was also announced from the results of the games during the day. The atmosphere of the evening was further enlivened by the live band entertainment, which invited all participants to sing and dance together.
On the last day, participants were invited to do some activities together by participating in team building sessions and also off-roading in the Cikole area. This outdoor activity is not only refreshing, but also an opportunity for participants to practice cohesiveness and teamwork in a more free and fun atmosphere in the great outdoors.
With the implementation of this employee gathering activity, PT NICO hopes that the spirit of collaboration, healthy communication, and mutual respect can continue to grow and be applied in daily life in the workplace. Employee gathering is not only about togetherness, but also about how we can grow together as a team.
