Ingredients:
– 250 gr pearl sago
– 2000 ml water
– 300 gr granulated sugar
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 250 g canned corn
– 5 pieces of jackfruit
– 2 young coconut
How to make:
- Bring water to a boil, add pearl sago. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pot. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, bring to a boil again. Add sugar and salt and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pot. Let stand until the pearl sago is cooked.
- Add corn, cook for a minute until boiling. Add jackfruit and young coconut, mix well.
- Serve porridge with coconut milk.
Coconut cream sauce ingredients:
– 2pcs of MamaKoko 65ml coconut cream
– 470 ml water
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 2 wide pandan leaves
How to make:
- Mix all ingredients, cook until boiling.
- Ready to use.
