Pearl Porridge with Young Coconut

Ingredients:

– 250 gr pearl sago

– 2000 ml water

– 300 gr granulated sugar

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 250 g canned corn

– 5 pieces of jackfruit

– 2 young coconut

 

How to make:

  1. Bring water to a boil, add pearl sago. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pot. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes, bring to a boil again. Add sugar and salt and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pot. Let stand until the pearl sago is cooked.
  3. Add corn, cook for a minute until boiling. Add jackfruit and young coconut, mix well.
  4. Serve porridge with coconut milk.

 

Coconut cream sauce ingredients:

– 2pcs of MamaKoko 65ml coconut cream

– 470 ml water

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 2 wide pandan leaves

 

How to make:

  1. Mix all ingredients, cook until boiling.
  2. Ready to use.
