Coconut Milk Corn Pudding

Pudding ingredients:

  • 1 pcs plain agar-agar
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 30 gr condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 700 ml water
  • 2 sweet corn

Vla ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 pcs MamaKoKo coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp liquid vanilla

How to cook:

  1. Pertama, blend 2 corn with 200 ml of water, once done let it rest and start cooking the pudding
  2. Prepare a saucepan to cook the pudding, put in 6 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 pack of plain agar-agar, 30 gr condensed milk, blended corn then put in with a strainer and add 500 ml water
  3. Cook while stirring over medium heat until boiling
  4. Once cooked, let it rest for a moment to remove the hot steam
  5. Cook the coconut milk vla. Prepare a saucepan and add 3 tbsp sugar, 3 pcs MamaKoKo coconut milk, 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tsp liquid vanilla
  6. Cook while stirring over medium heat until boiling
  7. After boiling, the coconut milk corn pudding is ready to serve

How to serve:

  1. Prepare 14 80 ml cups
  2. Put the cooked pudding
  3. Let the pudding until frozen
  4. After frozen, add the coconut milk vla
  5. The coconut milk corn pudding is ready to be enjoyed
