Job Summary

To assist the Accounting Manager in performing professional accounting duties which comprises recording accounting transactions up to financial reporting and analytics by the Company’s accounting policy; and safeguarding of the Company’s assets.   

Job Description

  • To record any accounting transaction on a daily basis
  • To ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of recording of the financial transactions;
  • To ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with the Company’s accounting policy.
  • To ensure compliance in the implementation of the Company’s accounting policy as well as procedures
  • To ensure the Company’s compliance with the relevant taxation regulation, including timely tax return submission
  • To prepare timely and accurate financial reporting as well as a management report.
  • To liaise with the Tax Officer as well as a tax consultant about any taxation matters;
  • To compile and analyze financial information against budget, including identifying the rationale for any significant deviation;
  • To liaise with a Financial (statutory) Auditor upon conducting a statutory financial  audit
  • To ensure the fulfillment of any statutory obligation related to finance and accounting
  • To conduct full inventory stock taking every 6 months;
  • To conduct assets checking, including cash opname on monthly basis; 
  • To monitor the progress and settlement of each Assets-Under-Construction on monthly basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting from a reputable University
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor
  • Able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Able to use or understand Accounting Information System
  • Ability to develop reports

Budgeting SPV

Job Summary

The Budget Supervisor is responsible for the budgeting process which is comprised of: annual Financial (operational) Budget of the Company as well as the Capital Expenditure Budget. He/She shall continuously monitor the actual realization against budget, analyzing each cost driver and follow-up any significant deviation with the related department.

Job Description

  • To coordinate the process of the Annual Financial Budget with all related departments, by providing a budget template, setting timeline and discussion;
  • To perform data sanity checking for data (budget) from all related departments, both in relation with annual Financial (Operational) budget and Capital Expenditure Budget; 
  • To establish deep understanding on the cost drivers for each budget item
  • To manage approval for the Annual Financial (Operational) budget and Capital Expenditure budget, including any additional budget requests, if required.
  • To perform monthly review on actual realization against budget both for annual financial (operational) budget and capital expenditure budget. 
  • To seek the rationale on any significant deviation between actual and budget to the related department;
  • To prepare monthly analytical on financial performance report (actual vs budget) with the explanation as well as the corrective action needs to be taken by the related department;
  • To identify any potential overspending on capital expenditure budget and manage the related department to determine the necessary action needs to be taken.

  • Monitor supplier’s quality (Products, Price, Service)
  • Obtains competitive quotations and bids. Attempt to get the best deal with suppliers – the highest quality goods at the lowest possible cost
  • Identifies and develops reliable sources of supply. 
  • Locate Suppliers of Materials, Equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales
  • Participates and provides direction in negotiations for purchasing contracts. Review contracts for conformance to Company Policy

Master Data Administrator Staff

In this strategic position, your primary responsibility is for the overall creation, collection, processing, and management of ERP Master data. The role requires significant interaction with Operations, Sales, Project Management, Procurement, IT, Finance, and other business functions to ensure Master data readiness for ERP deployment. You will be working closely with all applicable administrative assistants, analysts and internal departments to establish and maintain data management processes, resolve data issues and carry out data updates as necessary.

Your responsibilities include:

Job Description

  • Collaborate and develop a formalized process for gathering master data elements from business partners in Operations, QA, PM, PP, IT, Finance, IM, and other functional areas.
  • Coordinate with business functions to maintain all master data, including but not limited to Materials, Business Partners, Bill of Materials, Routings, activity-based costing promptly within ERP ensuring accuracy.
  • Actively involved in master data setups, validations and periodic maintenance of information in the master data template.
  • Point of contact to document processes, communicate all data administration system development needs to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Work closely with various business functional teams to resolve master data issues as needed while ensuring compliance and consistency of master data across business systems.
  • Create and run Queries in ERP to periodically review master data inconsistencies & drive resolution with stakeholders.
  • Perform mass updates to ERP as required and complete periodic data cleansing.
  • Develop, Support, Train, and Communicate regarding functional master data governance including standards, definitions, processes, policies, and tools to team members.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of data management, resolve master data issues, link master data between systems and ensure quality, compliance, and consistency of master data.
  • Promote and support the use of accurate and reliable information across the company to enable optimal decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with ERP master data, preferably SAP S4HANA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Operations, Supply Chain, or other Business discipline OR IT discipline
  • Quality mind-set: focus on process excellence and data quality
  • Previous master data management experience in SAP, specifically MM, PP and FICO modules
  • Fluency in business English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse user groups
