Coconut Milk Sago Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 450 gr cornstarch
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 250 gr butter
  • 250 gr grated cheese
  • 375 gr granulated sugaar
  • 2 MamaKoKo coconut milk
  • 2 pandan leaves

How to Cook:

  1. Roast 450 g cornstarch and 2 pandan leaves that have been tied in a knot using low heat until the pandan leaves are dry, then remove and cool.
  2. Stir 250 g butter until it becomes white and soft
  3. Mix 375 g granulated sugar with the butter and stir. Add 2 egg yolks and mix again until smooth
  4. After that, mix 450 grams of roasted cornstarch with 250 grams of grated cheese
  5. Pour gradually into the butter mixture and stir until smooth. Add 2 packets of MamaKoKo coconut milk and stir again.
  6. Put the batter into a plastic bag with a star syringe on the end.
  7. Spray the dough into a buttered and cornstarch baking pan.
  8. Next, bake the dough in the oven for 340 minutes at 160°C.

How to Serve:

  1. Prepare a jar container
  2. Put the sago cookies into the container
  3. Sago cookies ready to be enjoyed
