Ingredients:
- 450 gr cornstarch
- 2 egg yolks
- 250 gr butter
- 250 gr grated cheese
- 375 gr granulated sugaar
- 2 MamaKoKo coconut milk
- 2 pandan leaves
How to Cook:
- Roast 450 g cornstarch and 2 pandan leaves that have been tied in a knot using low heat until the pandan leaves are dry, then remove and cool.
- Stir 250 g butter until it becomes white and soft
- Mix 375 g granulated sugar with the butter and stir. Add 2 egg yolks and mix again until smooth
- After that, mix 450 grams of roasted cornstarch with 250 grams of grated cheese
- Pour gradually into the butter mixture and stir until smooth. Add 2 packets of MamaKoKo coconut milk and stir again.
- Put the batter into a plastic bag with a star syringe on the end.
- Spray the dough into a buttered and cornstarch baking pan.
- Next, bake the dough in the oven for 340 minutes at 160°C.
