Ingredients:
- ¼ chicken
- ¼ lemon / lime

How to make:
- Wash the chicken, rub it with lemon. Set aside for 15 minutes, rinse.
- Boil the chicken with 1.5 liters of water. Add bay leaves, lime leaves, ginger, and lemongrass. Cook over low heat until boiling.
- Saute ground spices with oil until fragrant. Put it in the pot with the chicken.
- Add sugar and salt
- Remove the chicken, fry then shred
- Add Mama Koko’s coconut milk and milk into the pot containing the laksa sauce. Stir well, cook until boiling. Turn off the fire.
- Arrange vermicelli, chicken, bean sprouts, basil, oncom, eggs in a bowl. Pour hot laksa sauce. Sprinkle chips and fried onions
- Add pickles, chili sauce, chili powder, sweet soy sauce and lime
