Bamboo shoots can be processed into various dishes, one of which is cooked with coconut cream. To make it even more delicious, add chopped meat to the dish. The savory and delicious taste is suitable to be enjoyed by the whole family.
Seasoning
- 300 gr bamboo shoots
- 150 gr chopped meat
- 50 gr black-eyed pea
- 4 long bean stalks
- 3 orange leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal
- 2 sprigs lemongrass
- 4 ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsp sugar
- 50 ml MamaKoKo coconut cream
- 1950 ml water
- 2 tbsp minyak
Fine Seasoning
- 5 candlenuts
- 2 cm turmeric
- 12 shallots
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp coriander
How to Make
- Sauté spice paste, 2 bay leaves, 2 cm galangal, 2 lemongrass stalks and 3 lime leaves that have been removed until fragrant.
- Add the chopped meat and mix with 4 ½ tsp salt, 3 tsp sugar, 1500 ml water and cook until the meat becomes tender.
- Next, add 300 grams of bamboo shoots and 4 long beans, each of which has been cut. Then add 50 grams of black-eyed pea that have been boiled.
- Add 50 ml MamaKoKo coconut cream mixed with 450 ml water and stir until boiling.
How to Serve
- Prepare a container for the coconut cream cooking meat bamboo shoots
- Serve with fried shallots
