Main ingredients:
- 250 gr crookneck pumpkin
- 1 pcs MamaKoKo coconut milk
- 500 ml water
- 100 gr sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet plain agar-agar
- 3 tablespoons condensed milk
- Dried grated coconut (optional)
How to cook:
- Dice 250 grams of pumpkin, then steam until cooked
- Once cooked, blend 250 grams of pumpkin, 1 packet of MamaKoKo coconut milk, and 500 ml of water using a blender
- Then prepare a pan to add 100 grams of granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 packet of plain agar-agar, 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk, and the mashed pumpkin with MamaKoKo coconut milk. Cook while stirring until it boils
- Let it cool slightly, then transfer it to a pan for the pudding
- After transferring to the pan, place it in the refrigerator to set. Once set, cut into squares using a mold
- The coconut milk pumpkin pudding is ready to serve
