Coconut Milk Pumpkin Pudding

Got some pumpkin at home? Try this recipe for a soft, fragrant pumpkin pudding with coconut milk that everyone will love. Don’t forget to use MamaKoKo coconut milk for even better results!

Main ingredients:

  • 250 gr crookneck pumpkin
  • 1 pcs MamaKoKo coconut milk
  • 500 ml water
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet plain agar-agar
  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
  • Dried grated coconut (optional)

How to cook:

  1. Dice 250 grams of pumpkin, then steam until cooked
  2. Once cooked, blend 250 grams of pumpkin, 1 packet of MamaKoKo coconut milk, and 500 ml of water using a blender
  3. Then prepare a pan to add 100 grams of granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 packet of plain agar-agar, 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk, and the mashed pumpkin with MamaKoKo coconut milk. Cook while stirring until it boils
  4. Let it cool slightly, then transfer it to a pan for the pudding
  5. After transferring to the pan, place it in the refrigerator to set. Once set, cut into squares using a mold
  6. The coconut milk pumpkin pudding is ready to serve

Serving instruction:

  1. Place dried grated coconut (optional) on a plate
  2. Sprinkle the pumpkin pudding squares with grated coconut
  3. The coconut milk pumpkin pudding is ready to enjoy
