Green Grass Jelly

Ingredients:

  • 40 pieces of grass jelly
  • 300 ml of water
  • 2 pcs MamaKoKo coconut milk 65 ml
  • Pandan
  • Java sugar/palm sugar
  • Ice

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Squeeze the grass jelly leaves or you can put it in a blender.
  2. Boil water until cooked and boiling.
  3. Squeeze the grass jelly leaves and add boiled water little by little (use a filter like squeezing coconut milk).
  4. Leave the grass jelly overnight.
  5. To make green grass jelly: Boil coconut milk and mix it with pandan leaves.
  6. Boil palm sugar or palm sugar.
  7. Pour coconut milk or into a glass, add sugar water, add green grass jelly, add ice cubes.
  8. Homemade green grass jelly is ready to be served.
