Ice Bongko (for 7 cup)

Main Ingredients:

  • 600 ml pandan water (10 pandan leaves, 3 suji leaves and 600 ml water)
  • 95 g hun kwe flour
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 pcs MamaKoKo coconut cream

Gravy Ingredients:

  • 200 gr brown sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 pcs MamaKoKo coconut cream
  • 600 ml clean water
  • 2 pandan leaves

How to Cook:

  1. First put 10 pandan leaves, 3 suji leaves and 600 ml of water, then blend and strain
  2. Prepare a saucepan, then add 95 gr hun kwe flour, 100 gr sugar, ½ tsp salt, 3 pcs MamaKoKo coconut cream and 600 ml pandan water, then add while stirring until boiling
  3. Then prepare a 6×20 cm baking pan and brush all parts of the pan with oil
  4. Then put the dough into the pan, let it stand until it prints then cut into cubes or according to taste
  5. It’s time to cook the sauce, prepare a saucepan then put 200 gr brown sugar, 2 pcs MamaKoKo coconut cream, ½ tsp salt, 600 ml water and 2 pandan leaves
  6. Then cook the sugar while stirring until it boils and then transfer it to a larger place to be strained
  7. Es Bongko has been made (you can add toppings such as jackfruit)

How to serve:

– Prepare a small bowl

– Take enough bongko

– Pour the sauce according to taste

– Es Bongko is ready to serve
