Chocolate Pumpkin Coconut Milk Pudding


Ingredients A:

  • 250gr steamed pumpkin without skin

Ingredients B:

  • 1 pack of plain jelly
  • 2 packs of MamaKoko coconut milk
  • 130 grams of granulated sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 650 ml of water

Ingredients C:

  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate powder
  • 1 tsp mocca paste

How to make:

  1. Steam the pumpkin, once it’s warm blend it with the egg yolk
  2. Mix the pumpkin mixture with all ingredients B, stir well using a whisk
  3. Divide the dough into 2 by filtering. Add ingredients C in 1 part
  4. Cook the first part (the yellow one) while stirring until it boils
  5. After the hot steam is gone, pour it into the mold. Leave it until half set
  6. Cook the brown pudding mixture while stirring until it boils
  7. Until the hot steam is gone, pour it over the yellow pudding. Let it completely set
