Ingredients:
- 20 gr whipped cream powder
- 225 ml ice water
- 150 ml MamaKoKo coconut cream
- 150 gr condensed milk
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
How to make:
- Put into a container 20 gr whipped cream powder, 150 ml ice water then mixer on high speed for 5 minutes until fluffy and soft. Then pour in 150 ml MamaKoKo coconut cream, 150 gr condensed milk, 1/3 tsp salt. Mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Next divide the dough into 2 parts. Put 1 tbsp cocoa powder into one container, mix for a minute. Then put 2 containers of dough into the freezer for 3 hours.
- Mixer again on low speed for 1 minute and then put it back in the freezer for 1 hour. After that, mix again on medium speed for 1 minute.
- Next, pour the ice mixture into each container or can be put together. Put it back in the freezer for 10 hours.
