Dung Dung Ice Cream


  • 20 gr whipped cream powder
  • 225 ml ice water
  • 150 ml MamaKoKo coconut cream
  • 150 gr condensed milk
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

How to make:

  1. Put into a container 20 gr whipped cream powder, 150 ml ice water then mixer on high speed for 5 minutes until fluffy and soft. Then pour in 150 ml MamaKoKo coconut cream, 150 gr condensed milk, 1/3 tsp salt. Mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Next divide the dough into 2 parts. Put 1 tbsp cocoa powder into one container, mix for a minute. Then put 2 containers of dough into the freezer for 3 hours.
  3. Mixer again on low speed for 1 minute and then put it back in the freezer for 1 hour. After that, mix again on medium speed for 1 minute.
  4. Next, pour the ice mixture into each container or can be put together. Put it back in the freezer for 10 hours.
